Refund policy

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your JavaMania products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from a Wholesale Partner or Dropshipping Merchant, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

 

WHOLESALE AND DROPSHIPPING LIMITATIONS

If a product is returned due to an error on JavaMania's part, the Wholesale Partner or Dropshipping Merchant will receive a credit from JavaMania for the original product cost. Damage incurred during shipment are not covered under this Policy and the Merchant is responsible for submitting a claim to the appropriate shipping vendor.  

 

DETAILS OF THE JAVAMANIA RETURN POLICY:
You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

 

Please email the JavaMania customer service team at info@javamania.com to set up your return. To avoid delays, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from JavaMania via our website.
